Pricing Policy

All pricing on the AGS-DTG website is in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

If no price is listed, a tailored quote will be provided by an AGS-DTG representative.

We aim to keep prices updated, but they may change without prior notice. You will be informed before order dispatch to confirm or cancel.

Goods and Services Tax

All prices shown exclude GST.

GST will apply to Australian shipments. International orders will be GST-free.

Freight Fee

To ensure accurate freight charges, a fixed fee will apply to most orders. This fee may vary based on item size and order volume.

Delivery

A signature is required for all deliveries. If someone else signs on your behalf, it is considered valid proof of receipt.

Orders

Products shown on our site are available while stocks last and may be purchased by others. All items are dispatched from our warehouse.

Some products may experience shipment delays. We will ship available parts as soon as possible.

If we cannot fulfill the entire order right away, we’ll inform you via email with an estimated shipping date.

We strive to ship orders within 5 working days. Timelines are approximate and for guidance only.

Goods on Consignment

Goods delivered on consignment remain the property of AGS-DTG until full payment is received. You are responsible for them while in your care.

Warranties

Product warranties are passed on from manufacturers and may differ by item. If an item is faulty, we may repair, replace, or refund it based on the warranty policy.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include proof of purchase and fault description.

Payment

We will invoice you using your registration details once your goods are dispatched. Payment terms are 14 days. All goods remain AGS-DTG property until payment is made.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for different products listed on our website. Contact us via email at sales@gamingaccessories.com.au for assistance.

Refunds aren’t available for change-of-mind purchases. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days. Damaged or used goods may not be accepted.

Exchanges might involve extra freight charges—please review our delivery terms.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 5 days by emailing sales@gamingaccessories.com.au.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Any changes must be requested promptly via email or phone at (03) 9775 1925.
